Terms of Use
These terms set the basic rules for using and contributing to LibriCloud.
Use of the service
You may use LibriCloud to search, read, save and, where permitted, download books made available through the catalogue. Availability of a title does not grant rights beyond the licence or permission that applies to that title.
Uploads
Only upload material you are authorised to share. Contributors must provide accurate rights information and must not knowingly upload material that infringes copyright, privacy or other applicable rights.
Moderation
Administrators may approve, reject, edit metadata, restrict downloads or remove material to maintain the catalogue and respond to rights concerns. Approval is a moderation decision, not a legal determination of ownership.
Accounts
You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Accounts may be suspended where necessary to protect the service or address misuse.
Service availability
Features may change as LibriCloud develops. Administrators should maintain backups of the website, database and uploaded files.
